The last Monster image I did.
I did these for a project in Lacoste, France, where the students were supposed to be inspired and then art about it. Sadly, I am not inspired by the landscape, and decided to pull a KAWS and drew what I liked over photos I'd taken. This monster an actual backstory: This staircase led to our front door, where we had to sit to get internet. (Yes, no internet indoors. We lived in a freaking cave.) For some reason, tourists felt it was perfectly okay to stop, stare, point, and take our photos as if we were zoo animals. Zoo animals sitting in our pjs and skyping our best friends and boyfriends. I'm sure we looked weird talking to our laptops, but it still made us uncomfortable. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
